Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the cashew sauce by draining the soaked cashews.
  3. In a blender, combine the cashews, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and water. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Combining
  1. Once the pasta is cooked al dente, drain it and add it to a large pan.
  2. Add the cashew sauce to the hot pasta and mix well to coat.
