  • 200 grams Gurken Peeled and sliced for crunch.
  • 100 grams Feta-Käse Crumbled for a salty accent.
  • 100 grams Frische Oliven Adds a salty note.
  • 1 rote Zwiebel Thinly sliced.
  • 2 pieces Knoblauchzehen Minced or pressed for flavor.
  • 1 handful frische Petersilie oder Minze Choose based on preference.
Dressing
  • 4 tablespoons Olivenöl For dressing.
  • 2 tablespoons frischer Zitronensaft For acidity.
  • 1 teaspoon getrockneter Oregano To enhance flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into medium-sized pieces.
  2. Peel and slice the cucumbers thinly.
  3. Halve the onion and slice it thinly.
  4. Finely chop or press the garlic.
Mixing Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and garlic.
  2. Gently mix with a large spoon to combine.
  3. Add the olives and crumbled feta cheese, mixing lightly.
Preparing the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, and dried oregano with a whisk.
  2. Ensure the dressing is well combined before pouring over the salad.
Final Mixing
  1. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix thoroughly without bruising the ingredients.
  2. Season with additional salt or pepper as preferred.
  3. Let the salad sit for about 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
